About

Jadran Sturm & Åsa Lie uitgebreide biografie in het Nederlands. (PDF)

Åsa (Hjortzberg) Lie & Jadran Sturm collaborated from 1988 until the end of 2015. As of January 2016 we worked separately and the foundation Jadran Sturm & Åsa Lie Private Stichting was created. We have worked on projects and exhibited in Belguim, Sweden, Greece, Denmark, Tjekkie, Greenland, Norway, England, Netherlands, Egypt, Germany, Slovenia and Italy.

Since 1993 until 2021 we had no financial support from family, friends or cultural institutions. We supported ourselves with regular jobs. This made us independent of the art establishment. In 2021 the artist book 'Panagia Gorgoepikoos' was published with support from 'Flanders, State of the Art'.
